FAQ

*Do I need to purchase tickets prior to the show?
The best way to guarantee your seat is to purchase tickets prior to the performance. Tickets may be available the day of the event, but with no guarantee. Tickets may be purchased at vitellosrestaurant.com. Our box office is open daily from

11am-3 pm to assist you.

 

*How does seating work?
It works like a reservation; we seat your party according to how many tickets you purchased. As to where your table is, that depends on the type of ticket you purchased and what time you arrive. Doors typically open an hour and a half prior to the show. Our showroom host will take you to the best available table in your section once you arrive. Guests will be offered options whenever possible. Depending on availability, some of our seating is cabaret style so you may be seated at a communal table with others.

*What is the difference between all of the ticket types?

General Admission Seating are the areas that are not reserved and seated on a first come, first served basis. The VIP Seating is typically tables of two in the first two rows (closest to the stage). Our Premium Booth Tables are elevated and intimate booth seating for up to 4 guests. The Chandelier Tables are the best two tables in the room for up to 5 guests.



 

 

 

*Do I need to make a separate dining reservation?

No. Once you purchase your tickets online, a table is reserved for you. No other reservation is required.

*Is dinner included in my ticket price?
No. Your ticket is to see the show. You may purchase dinner from our full menu. Wine and cocktails are also available.

*Do I stay in the same seat to dine and watch the show?
Yes. Once you are seated, your table remains yours for your dinner and show.

*Is there a minimum I am required to purchase?
Yes. A minimum of 2 items ($20.00) is required per person while occupying the table. If the minimum is not met, the difference will be added to your check.

*Is there an age limit?
No. We do ask that guests under the age of 16 be accompanied by an adult. We kindly ask to leave infants at home.

*Will I need my I.D. to get in?
Your tickets will be held at will-call under the name they were purchased under.  No I.D. will be required. If purchasing alcohol, identification may be required by our staff.
 

*What if I'm running late?
Be sure to call the box office to let us know so we can hold your seats. Tickets may be released with no refund after 30 minutes.
 

*Refunds or Cancellations
Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can be exchanged for a future event when notified at least 24 hours prior to show.

*What is the dress code?
Business casual is always a safe bet. Feel free to dress as you feel appropriate. Shoes and shirts are always required.

*Is there parking?
Yes. Vitello's has its own valet parking available with validation for $6. There is metered street parking as well but be sure to read the signs. Parking is NOT permitted on Woodbridge St. after 9pm nightly.

*Is there a split charge?

Yes. The split charge fee is $5 for entrees. No charge when splitting pasta orders.

*Is there a corkage fee?

Yes. The corkage fee is $25 per bottle with a 2 bottle maximum per table.

*Are there gluten free or vegetarian options?

Yes. We have a wide variety of gluten free & vegetarian options.

 

*Gratuity, Minimums & Extra Charges

A 20% gratuity will be added to all parties of 6 or more.

*Is the venue handicap accessible?

Please call the venue in advance at 818-769-0905 if wheelchair seating or the use of an assistive device is required. Vitello's is located on the second floor with a single flight of stairs.
